Photon Maker Optical Illumination system
Photon Maker is a highly efficient LED-based light illumination system for a broad range of microscopy applications.
Designed for life-cell and fixed-cell multicolor imaging and all-optical electrophysiology recordings, Aladdin LS1 is optimized for various types of optical fluorescent stimulation. System covers various kinds of applications with excitation of all major fluorophores from UV to RED.
System can deliver enough light energy for demanding applications like compound uncaging.
System is easy to operate. Photon Maker system can be configured independently in a dedicated stand-alone Photon Maker software and run both in full Manual Mode of Operation or from the built-in Real-time Controller. The wavelength selection allows to use the popular multiband filter sets.
The connection to a microscope is established via a liquid light guide (3-mm and 5-mm options available)
Photon Maker has 7 colors that can be controlled and triggered independently and individually, built in real-time controller to handle up to 4 external devices (e.g. cameras, perfusion system, electrophysiology, etc.). Easy integration to existing commercial software products with flexible two-way synchronization.
Our free integrated optical stimulation software can be used with any available commercial imaging software.
